Ever had trouble playing a file you downloaded from somewhere? Well, your troubles are over.

We recommend using The VLC Media Player when trying to watch or listen to a file on your computer. It's a small light weight "FREE" program that unlike more popular media player's will play just about any file you throw at it. It's what the pro's use, so why wouldn't you?

To make it so that The VLC Media Player will be the default player for your files, follow the steps below.

Right click on a file that you want to open with VLC. Then Click "Properties". An application box should have popped up. Find where it says "Opens With". If it doesn't already show that it will open in VLC Media Player. Then click the "Change" button and find VLC on your computer. Then click on "Ok". Then make sure to click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the box. Then click the "Ok" button, and your done. Now your movies should automaticly open in the VLC Media Player.

Trust me, you won't regret getting this very useful little program.
